摘要
根据海岸带管理的国内外研究现状,分析了海岸带环境管理的必要性.从实施海岸带科学管理、确保可持续发展战略出发,提出了在遥感、地理信息系统等技术手段支持下的我国海岸带环境管理信息系统的框架,并初步设计了系统技术路线和结构功能方案,设计的系统结构由数据库子系统、影像处理子系统、模型库子系统、数据输出子系统四部分构成,并且具有信息查询、时空分析和管理决策支持等几个方面的应用功能.
<Abstrcat> This paper analyzes the internal and external existing researches on the Coastal Zone Management, and discusses its requirements. A conceptual framework of Coastal Environment Management Information System based on Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) technologies is proposed. The design mainly includes technical guideline, database building, functionality and structural solutions, etc. The framework is composed of database subsystem, image processing subsystem, model-base subsystem and data output subsystem. The system has got many applied function, e.g. collection, processing, and lookup of information, policy and technology management, space-time analysis and decision-making support.
