摘要
用理化分析方法,对20CrMnTi钢制齿轮轴退火开裂进行了分析。结果表明,该齿轮轴铬、锰含量超标,齿轮轴热处理退火后出现较大应力,导致齿轮轴开裂。
Gear axle cracked after annealing. Physical testing and chemical analysis of failed gear indicated that for 20CrMnTi gear steel, high Cr and Mn contents resulted in high internal tensile stress after annealing, leading to gear axle cracking.
