摘要
中国改革前后两个30年的经济发展绩效有天壤之别,对此,新古典经济增长理论难以做出合理解释。循着制度经济学理论,可以发现制度变迁是造成中国改革前后两个30年经济绩效差异的根本性因素。中国经济要保持边际收益递增,还得依靠制度创新。因此,深化改革是中国的不二选择。
China＇s economic development performance is wide different between the two 30 years before and after reform,on which neoclassical growth theory can＇t make a satisfying explanation.Following institutional economics theory,we can discover institution changing is the fundamental factor.To keep China＇s economy marginal increasing returns,we have to rely on institution innovation.Therefore,deepening the reform is China＇s first choice.
