摘要
目的：为了对失去手术机会或手术后复发的原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤，开辟一条新的治疗途径。方法：经股动脉穿刺、插管，腹腔动脉干内灌注抗癌药物。结果：7例原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤，经l-4次动脉灌注，6例临床症状明显缓解，其中4例显示病灶缩小，2例病灶无变化。另1例病情发展，病灶向远处转移。结论：对失去手术机会的原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤，采用联合抗癌药物区域内动脉灌注是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To establish a new therapeutic means for patients with primare retroperitoneal malignant tumors which was not indicated for sngry or with post-operative recurrence. Methods: Infusion of anhcancer drugs in celiac truncus through transfemoral arterial catherization. ResultS: After 1～4 times of infusion,6/7 patients showed clinical response. Among them,4 cases revealed reduction in tumor size and 2 unchanged. One Paient mpated with exenxve metastases. Conclusions: Arterial infusion of anhcancer drugs for Patients with retroperitoneal tumors which cannot be operated upon is an effective therapeutic method.
