摘要
对武汉市城郊４所中学初一学生的吸烟状况以及影响学生吸烟的外在因素进行了调查。通过多因素非条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析，结果表明在４６项外在因素中，烟草公司促销赠品、青少年获得香烟方式和接受别人递烟次数、外祖母吸烟为影响青少年吸烟的重要外在因素，其比值分别为５４０、１９６、１７４和１７０，反映了大众传媒、社会环境和家庭对青少年吸烟的影响，为今后制定预防青少年吸烟的干预措施提供了依据。
An investigation to find out what is the state of cigarettes smoking among the 7 th students and what are the outer factors which affect sudtnts' smoking cigarette was carried out in four middle schools in Wuhan city.After analyzing the data obtained,it shows that among 46 outer factors there are four important factors.They are:receipt of promotional items of the tobacco company,the way for getting cigarettes,the times of receiving cigardettes from othes and grandmother' smoking state.Their odd ratios are 54 0,19.6,17.4 and 17.0 respectively.This result demonstrates that mass media,social environment and family are of great effects on cigarettes smoking among adolescent,and give us an idea how to design an intervention project to prevent adolescent from smoking cigarettes.
