摘要
物流服务网络是一种物流资源高度整合、信息共享、高度协作的高层次的物流服务模式。文章给出了动态物流服务网络的定义,结合其长期稳定运行的必备条件重点研究了物流服务网络协同运行机制,同时基于利益共享、风险共担的原则,综合考虑企业的贡献、投入资源、承担风险等三要素,提出了比较合理的网络企业间利益分配方法,以期保证物流服务网络长期稳定运行。
Logistics service network （shorted as LSN） is a high-level logistics service model of logistics resources integration, information sharing and high-cooperation. The definition of LSN is given. Combining the essential condition of long-time stable operation, the operation mechanism is discussed. Then basing on the principle of profit and risk sharing, considering contribution, invested resource and undertaken risk, rational profit distribution method is put forward, in order to help the LSN＇s long-time stable operation.
