摘要
"山寨机"发展的实质是通过模仿已有品牌并在此基础之上进行创新,通过分工与专业化进行生产,在价格、外观、功能上制造出含有新的附加值的产品。文章利用杨小凯的专业化分工思想,采用消费者——生产者模型,论证了"山寨机"的专业化分工生产,可以促进社会福利的增加,而政府对"山寨机"发展的管制却造成了社会福利的减少。由此提出,政府应该放松管制,引导"山寨机"从模仿走向自主品牌,从而更加规范的发展。
The essence of the development of cottage machine is innovation by imitating the appearance and functionality. It creates new value-added products through the division and specialization. In the view of division and specialization and government regulation, the article constructs the consumer-producer model of Yang Xiao-kai to demonstrate that the division and specialization of cottage machine can improve social welfare. It also reveals that the government regulation can reduce welfare. As a consequence, the government should release the regulation and guide the development of cottage machine from imitation to innovation.
