摘要
企业环保责任是企业对社会所承担的环保义务,是企业CS(企业社会责任)体系的重要组成部分。它要求企业在生产经营活动中不能因为追求经济效益而污染环境、破坏生态,必须从保护生态环境,尊重自然的道德责任感出发,以可持续发展为活动经营的指导原则和正确处理人与自然的关系为企业发展的基本宗旨。企业环保意识的确立、环境伦理原则及相关配套制度的实行是和谐社会建设中企业义不容辞的责任。建立环保型企业,这也是环保时代社会主义市场经济的内在要求。
Enterprise environmental responsibility is business - to - the community of environmental protection obligations.It is necessary to protect the ecological environment,respect for nature＇s moral obligation to start to adopt sustainable development as the guiding principles of the operator.The establishment of corporate environmental awareness,environmental ethical principles and related application of the system,the building of a harmonious society are duty - bound responsibility of enterprises.Enterprises are the social environment of enterprises.We must set an example and a high degree of environmental protection which is inherent demands for the socialist market economy in the environmental protection times.
