摘要
虽然政府、社会采取了许多做法(包括制定各种规章制度、政策和法律途径等)制约企业对生态环境的破坏行为,但从更深层的角度思考,由于企业缺乏环保责任观和一种新的价值观而形成企业总是被动地承担环保责任的现象,造成企业生存的社会环境恶化而影响到企业的可持续发展。针对造成这种现象的内在因素,提出突破这种格局的思维途径。
The government and society have taken some actions including regulations and policies to restrict the damage to ecologic environment by enterprises, but these enterprises are always made to hold the responsibility for environmental protection because of the lack of sense of environmental protection and a kind of new value. The existence of enterprises in social conditions is getting worse so that it affects the sustainability and development of enterprises. This paper proposes the thoughtful ways to break hrough such pattern on the basis of analyzing the internal factors producing this phenomenon.
