摘要
对两型社会建设实施评价是为了比较两型社会建设的成绩和差距,更好地促进两型社会建设。而评价指标体系的建立和统计数据的收集是整个评价的关键,评价指标体系的设计必须遵循一定的原则。
The purpose of evaluating the construction of two - oriented society is to find its achievements and at the same time its deficiency, thus spurting it on. The building of the evaluation index systems and the collection of the statistical data are the key points. And the design of the system must follow certain principles.
