摘要
为了客观、科学地分析中国城市化的发展状况,文章运用因子分析方法对城市化发展水平进行评价.首先阐述了城市化的内涵及推行城市化对经济发展的重要意义;然后在评价指标体系设计原则的基础上,构建了城市化发展水平评价的指标体系;继而选取中国省会城市及计划单列市共计35个城市作为样本,应用因子分析方法对其城市化发展水平实施评价;最后依据样本的城市化发展水平综合得分排序并进行比较分析,发现中国城市化发展水平呈不均衡态势.建议城市化发展水平较低的城市应借鉴成功经验,因地制宜,推进中国城市化均衡发展.
A factor analysis method was used to evaluate urbanization in China. First, the significance of urbanization and its relation to economic development was discussed. Then an index system and factor analysis method was developed for evaluating urbanization development levels. Comparative analysis of 35 sample cities shows an imbalanced development level of China＇s urbanization, and suggests that cities with the lower urbanization development levels learn from more successful cities in order to balance urbanization development in China.
