摘要
网络课程是通过网络表现的某门学科的教学内容及实施的教学活动的总和。其中包含了大量的著作权作品,并且网络课程作为整体也呈现为特定的作品形式。网络课程涉及到作品的数字化及信息网络传播的问题,是否适用合理使用及法定许可制度,我国著作权法没有明确规定。网络课程作品形式具有多重属性,包括汇编、合作、多媒体及网络性等,这对于网络课程的著作权及其保护问题,有较大的影响。
Network course implements the teaching of a subject content and teaching activities through the network,in which contains a large number of copyright works,and the course also shows a specific work forms as a whole.Network course is related to digitalization of works and communication of information on networks.Whether it can be conducted according to fair use and statutory license is not clearly defined in China＇s copyright law.The work forms of network course are of multi attributes,including compilation,joint,multi-media and network,etc.,which has a great impact on the protection of copyright for network course.
