摘要
本文从网络课程开发与使用的现实出发 ,概括揭示了网络课程可能存在的版权问题 ,并分析了这一问题存在的原因 ,最后提出了通过修订法律。
Begining wityh introducing the reality of web-based course developed and applied,this paper analyzes the problems of copyright of the web-based course and the reason.At last,some suggestions,such as amending the copyright law,signing the contracts and forming some copyright policies,are given to solve the copyright problems in this paper.
