摘要
针对目前地市级图书馆工作的现状，指出要搞好地市级图书馆工作，必须解放思想，转变观念， 适应新形势的要求， 同时还对今后的工作提出了若干具体设想。
In view of existing situation of perfectural libraries work,pointing out that for the purpose of doing well prefectural libraries'work and meeting the needs of new situation one must emancipate the mind and transform the concept,and prtting forward some concrete ideas of the future works at the same time.
