摘要
分析科技期刊在科技创新中的重要作用,强调受科技期刊运营机制、学术评价机制和科技期刊审稿机制等因素的影响,科技期刊的作用没有得到充分发挥,提出了充分发挥科技期刊作用的对策。
The essay analyzes the important role of sci-tech periodical in sci-tech innovation.It stresses that the role of sci-tech periodical have not been fully exploited because the operation mechanism of sci-tech periodical,the evaluation mechanism of academic level and peer review mechanism etc.It also mentions some countermeasures and suggestions.
