摘要
采用NaCl-MnO2联合的方式对天然斜发沸石进行改性,在静态条件下,对改性沸石处理模拟含锌废水进行了试验研究,考察了吸附时间、吸附剂投量、Zn2+初始浓度和pH对改性沸石吸附Zn2+的影响。结果表明,在温度为25℃,pH为5.0~6.0,Zn2+初始质量浓度≤50 mg·L-1,按锌与改性沸石质量比为1/40投加改性沸石进行处理,Zn2+去除率可达90%以上,模拟含锌废水经改性沸石处理后,水中锌含量低于国家排放标准。采用Langmuir吸附等温线和准二级动力学模型拟合改性沸石对Zn2+的吸附,结果表明,改性沸石对Zn2+的吸附能较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温线和准二级动力学模型,相关系数分别为0.927 5和0.999 2。
Natural clinoptilolite was modified with NaCl-MnO2.The treatment of zinc-containing wastewater with modified clinoptilolite was studied under static state and the effects of sorption time, modified clinoptilolite dosage, initial Zn^2+ concentration and pH on the Zn^2+ adsorption were r investigated. The results showed that Zn^2+ removing efficiency was over 90% while the quality ratio of zinc to modified clinoptilolite was 1/40, Zn^2+concentration less than 50 mg. L^-1, the pH rang from 5 to 6, T=25℃ in the wastewater. Langmuir and pseudo-second order model were used to fit the Zn^2+ adsorption onto modified elinoptilolite, and the experimental results showed that the Zn^2+ adsorption onto modified clinoptilolite accords with Langmuir and kinetics of pseudo-order model,the correlation coefficients were equal to 0.927 5 and 0.999 2.
