摘要
目的 :用气相色谱法测定碘海醇中的 3 氯 1 ,2 丙二醇。方法 :以 1 0 %PEG 2 0M为固定相 ,柱长 1 .1m× 3 .2mm) ,F1D为检测器。结果 :3 氯 1 ,2 丙二醇测定线性范围为 2 5～ 1 90mg/L ,r=0 .9991 ,平均回收率为 99.2 %。结论 :本法可用于测定碘海醇中的 3 氯 1 ,2 丙二醇残留量 ,结果满意。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to determine the residue of 3 chloro 1,2 propanediol in iohexol by GC.METHOD:10% PEG 20M was used as the stationary phase,the column length was 1.1m×3.2mm and the detector was F1D.RESULTS:The calibration curve is linear over the range of 25～190mg/L,r=0.9991.The average recovery was 99.2%.CONCLUSION:This method is suitable to determine the residue solvent in iohexol.
