摘要
班级文化建设作为高职院校校园文化建设的重要组成部分,在校企合作班的建设中也同样发挥着重大作用。校企合作班班级文化建设融入了企业文化的精髓,是班级文化建设的新思路和新实践,适应了高职院校的发展,丰富了校园文化内涵,为合作企业订单培养具有文化认同感的毕业生起到了积极作用。
The construction of class culture,as an important part of campus cultural construction in higher vocational colleges,also plays a major role in the construction of school-enterprise cooperation classes.The cultural construction of school-enterprise cooperation class which merges into the essence of enterprise culture,poses the new ideas and practices for class cultural construction,adapts to the development of higher vocational colleges,enriches contents of campus culture,and plays a positive role in training graduates with enterprise cultural self-confirmation.
