摘要
近几年,我国的饭店业发展速度十分迅猛,星级饭店数量呈逐年翻倍增加,发展前景乐观。然而在产业快速发展的同时,许多饭店企业高呼人难招、难留,尤其是高素质的饭店人才紧缺这一问题日益显著,成为制约我国饭店业发展的主要因素。另一方面,旅游院校则称培养出的学生遭饭店嫌弃,是饭店不要他们的专业学生。文章将从宁波饭店业现状出发,试从饭店企业和旅游院校教育两方面分析这一问题形成的原因,最后探求通过对饭店业教育改革来改变宁波现有饭店人才供给问题的应对策略。
In recent years, Chinag hotel industry is developing in very rapid pace, and the number of the five - star hotels doubled every year, which presents an optimistic prospect of development. However, with the rapid development of hotel industries, many restaurants find hard to recruit or keep professionals, and especially in the high - quality hotel, shortage of talents is a growing serious problem, which becomes a major factor to restrict the development of the hotel industry. On the other hand, tourism institutions claim that hotels refuse the students they trained, and hotels say no to the professional students. This paper, based on the current condition of Ningbo hotel industry, intends to analyze the problem from two an- gles of the hotel enterprises and tourism education colleges, and tries to seek the countermeasures to change the existing tal- ents supply problems of Ningbo Hotels through the reform of hotel industry education.
