摘要
目前中国饭店高等教育面临严峻的挑战。在校学生的规模严重超过了饭店的吸纳能力，而且学生的质量远不能满足饭店的要求。这篇论文中，我们对如何解决这些问题进行了探讨。
The education of hotel in China is facing challenge now. The scale of student is more than hotel and the quality of student can not meet the requirement of hotel. In the thesis we have discussed that how to take some actions to resolve these problems.
