摘要
介绍了利用PMAC多轴运动控制器构建一个柔性、开放式数控实验装置所需要的硬件、软件和构建系统的方法、手段。基于PMAC的数控实验系统基本可满足开放性的要求和实时控制部件的参数化设置,可为柔性数控系统的应用研究提供一个较好的实验平台。
By discussing the applied project of PMAC multi-axis controller,the structure of hardware and software are introduced.And required method,means and notices are put forward.In fact,the hand tailor of man-machine interface and the parameter setup of real time controller parts can be carried out based on the controller of PMAC,and a experimental platform can be used by the application study for the flexible NC system.
