摘要
数控系统中采用双端RAM实现了DSP与主控制器之间的高速重复不需握手的数据通信。根据双端RAM的通信功能、数据格式及内存地址分布设计出模块化数控软件,主要包括:手动编程模块、程序下载模块、参数设置模块、手动调整模块、自动加工模块等。
In Numeral Control system Dual Port RAM is used widely to solve the problem of data exchanging between the chief processor and DSP. It realizes high speed and repeated data communitcation without the need of shaking hands. This paper introduces the communitcation function, data formation and memory address map of DPRAM in details. The software realizes modular programming design. The modules include manually programming of NC codes, downloading of program, setting of parameter, manually adjusting and automatically machining etc.The implementing method of each module is told at length in this paper.
