摘要
文章在介绍肌内脂肪(IMF)和心脏脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)的特点和生理功能的基础上,综述了日前在日粮能量水平与猪肌肉品质和H-FABP基因表达关系方面的研究情况。
Based on the introduction of the characteristics and the physiology functions of intramuscular fat（IMF）and heart fatty acid-binding protein（H-FABP）,this paper reviewed the recently research situation of the effect of dietary energy level on meat quality and the expression of H-FABP gene of pig.
