雌激素受体ERα36在子宫内膜癌组织中表达及临床意义的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析新型雌激素受体ERα36在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测73例子宫内膜癌、20例正常子宫内膜、9例不典型增生子宫内膜组织切片ERα36的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征间的关系。结果:ERα36在子宫内膜癌组织中阳性表达率(32.9%,24/73)显著低于正常子宫内膜组织(85%,17/20)(P<0.01);ERα36阴性表达者较阳性表达者出现更多宫颈受侵(48.9%vs 20.8%,P<0.05);ERα36阳性表达者无疾病生存时间短于阴性表达者(P<0.01);ERα36表达与患者年龄、临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移和病理类型的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ERα36表达与ER、PR、PTEN、p53无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ERα36在子宫内膜癌组织的表达明显低于正常子宫内膜组织;ERα36表达与ER无明显相关性,可能是子宫内膜癌预后的一个指标。 Objective:To analyzed the expression of ERα36 and clinicopathologic characteristics in endometrial carcinoma tissues.Methods:Seventy three endometrial carcinoma tissues,20 normal endometrial tissues and 9 atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissues were included in this study.ERα36 protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry methods.Results:The rate of positive expression of ERα36 in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significant lower than that of in normal endometrial tissues(P0.01).ERα36-negative tissues were inclined to cervical involvement(24/49) and were significantly different with ERα36-positive ones(P0.05).Disease-free survival of the patients with ERα36-positive expression was poorer than that of with ERα36-negative expression(P0.01).There was no significant relationship between ERα36 expression and patient's age,surgical staging,histological differentiation,myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis and pathological types(P0.05).The expression of ERα36 had no correlation with that of the expressions of ER,PR,PTEN and p53 in endometrial carcinoma tissues(P0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of ERα36 in endometrial carcinoma tissues are significantly lower than those in normal endometrial tissues.ERα36 expression has no correlation with ER expression,which may be a prognosis factor in endometrial carcinoma.
