摘要
目的探索阿司匹林对人胃癌细胞的抑制作用。方法建立人胃癌裸鼠移植瘤模型后,12只裸鼠均分成两组:治疗组于接种次日开始腹腔灌注阿司匹林10mg/kg;对照组腹腔注射生理盐水;30d观察肿瘤大小。采用MTT法检测体外不同浓度(0.1、1.0、8.0mmol/L)阿司匹林对胃癌细胞株SGC7901增殖及细胞周期的影响。结果与对照组比较,不同浓度阿司匹林作用后,SGC7901胃癌细胞的吸光度显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组荷瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林对胃癌细胞及裸鼠移植瘤具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of aspirin on human gastric cancer cell.Methods MTT was used to observe the effects of different concentrations(0.1,1.0,8.0mmol/L) of aspirin on the growth of gastric carcinoma cell line SGC7901.After establishment of nude mice model bearing gastric cancer xenografts,12 rats were divided into groups of A(injected aspirin 10mg/kg for 30 days) and B(injected normal saline as the control).The rats were killed 30 days later for measuring tumor volume.Results Compared to the cell culture in vetro without asprin,the absorbency of gastric carcinoma cell line SGC7901 cultures with three defferent concentrations of asprin was significantly decreased with higher inhibition of cell proliferation(P0.05).Gross tumor volume of xenografts was less in group A than that in group B(P0.05).Conclusion Aspirin has a certain inhibitory effects on SGC7901 cells and transplanted tumor xenografts in nude mice.
