摘要
本文研究在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,3,5-二溴-4-氨基苯基荧光酮(DBAPF)与锆形成络合物荧光熄灭法测定微量锆的实验条件。在pH=6.10的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,当激发波长λex=521nm,荧光发射波长λem=548nm时,锆含量在0-8.0×10-6mol/L(0-720μg/L)范围内与体系的荧光熄灭程度成线性关系,检出限为9.1μg/L。试验了10多种离子的干扰情况,并应用于分析铝合金中微量锆的测定。
A new and sensitive fluorescencequenching method for the determination of trace zirconium has been developed. It is based on the reaction of Zr() with DBAPF in the presence of the cationic furfactant CTMAB and HAcNaAc buffer solution. The maxinum exciation and emission wavelength is 521nm and 548nm respectirely. The linear range of Zr() is 0-720g/L. The detection limit of Zr() is 9.1g/L. This method has been applied to determine trace zirconium in Aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
