本文采用双波长分光光度法对河北省不同地区多种粮豆作物中直、支链淀粉的含量进行了测定。
This paper determined the amylose and amylopectin in many grain and bean by double\|wavelength spectrophotometry.And having researched the relationship between the different starch content and the diabetes dietotherapy.
