主动脉球囊反搏术在冠状动脉复杂病变介入治疗中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察主动脉球囊反搏术在冠状动脉复杂病变介入治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年11月至2009年11月住院的58例冠状动脉复杂病变危重患者行主动脉球囊反搏安装术(IABP)的临床资料。其中急性心肌梗死合并三支血管严重病变和/或左主干病变17例,难治性不稳定性心绞痛合并三支血管严重病变和/或左主干病变41例。结果 55例成功撤离IABP,患者症状得到明显改善,救治成功,3例死亡。抢救成功率为94.8%。结论主动脉球囊反搏术在冠状动脉复杂病变介入治疗中发挥了重大作用及临床意义。
