摘要 目的分析和评价主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心源性休克患者治疗中的应用效果。方法从2003年1月1日至2007年12月31日收集在IABP支持下行冠脉介入治疗的AMI合并心源性休克患者36例,应用统计学方法分析IABP的治疗效果。结果应用IABP治疗合并心源性休克的AMI患者可使患者的心率、血压趋于稳定,即刻病情改善率为50%。30d、3个月的病死率分别为41.7%,47.2%。结论应用IABP支持AMI合并心源性休克患者的冠脉介入治疗安全、有效。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the role ofintra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated by cardiogenic shock (CS) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with AMI complicated by CS from January 1st 2003 to December 31st 2007 were collected. The treatment effects of IABP were analyzed with statistical methods. Results IABP threatment can markedly restore heart rate and blood pressure, with stable short-term condition of the patient reaching 50%. The mortalities of 30-day and 3-month were 41.7% and 47.2%, respectively. Conclusion Application of IABP in AMI complicated by CS undergoing PCI is safe and effective.
