摘要
目的研究营养性肥胖大鼠血糖、血脂及胰岛素的变化。方法建立高脂饮食诱导的营养性肥胖大鼠模型,微型血糖仪测血糖,生化酶法测定血清血脂及化学发光免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素水平。结果大鼠饲养8周后,高脂膳食诱导大鼠出现营养性肥胖;肥胖组大鼠体质量、体质指数、胰岛素、血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论高脂膳食成功诱导营养性肥胖大鼠模型,具有血糖、血脂、胰岛素显著升高等特点,提示在肥胖组大鼠有胰岛素抵抗存在。
Objective To study the change of blood glucose,blood fat and insulin in alimentary obese rats induced by high-fat diet.Methods Alimentary obese rat models induced by high-fat diet.Serum glucose,triglyeride and insulin were respectively measured by mini-blood glucose meter,biochemical enzymatic method and chemiluminescent immunoassay.Results After feeding 8 weeks,high-fat diet rats appear alimentary obesity,body weight,Lee's indexes,insulin,serum glucose,triglyeride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterin of rats fed with high-fat diet were higher than normal group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The high fat diet can induce obesity to rats,and companied with increasing of blood glucose,insulin and fat.It suggests that the insulin resistance lies in obese rats.
