摘要
广丛是一个籼型半矮秆品种，其携带的矮生基因为ｓｄ－ｓ（ｇ）。用赤霉素（ＧＡ３）处理的试验结果表明，它对ＧＡ３反应是敏感的。对ＧＡ３反应敏感性的遗传分析表明：广丛和矮仔粘、８０－７０１０杂交组合的Ｆ２个体呈连续单峰次数分布，而与雪禾矮早杂交组合的Ｆ２个体是连续双峰次数分布，表现为３高∶１矮。
Guangcong is a semidwarf indica rice variety with dwarf gene sd s(g),which was non allelic with dwarf gene sd 1. The result of the response to GA 3 indicated that it was sensitive to GA 3. The genetic analysis of sensitivity to GA 3 showed that the height of seedling had a continuous distribution with single peak in F 2 population of the cross combination between Guangcong with Ai zizhan(sd 1) and 80 7010.However, the distribution of the cross combination of Guangcong with Xuehe aizao appeared double peaks. The high plant and the dwarf had a proportion of 3∶1.
