摘要
在省内3个不同生态地区,对7个两用核不育系的分期播种的育性观察试验表明,核不育系不育期的长短变化规律是随海拔增高由长变短;可育期内繁种结实性是随海拔增高由低到高。因此,可采取低海拔地区制种、高海拔地区繁种的方法利用水稻两用核不育系。同时,提出了参试不育系在贵州省的适用范围和繁制种措施。
The fertility investigation under different sowing stage was conducted for 7 rice dual purpose genic male sterile lines in 3 ecological regions of Guizhou. The results showed that: (1) Sterile period gradually becomes short from low elevation to high elevation. (2) Seed bearing rate in fertile period gets better from low elevation to high elevation. With this, we can reproduce the sterile line seeds in high elevation region and produce hybrid rice seeds in low elevation regions. Regional range is also analysed suitablly for utilizing the male sterile line and the measure of hybrid seed production and sterile line reporduction.
