摘要
用两用核不育系培矮64S在不同温湿度条件下进行制种试验,并与1356S和优IA进行比较。结果表明:培矮64S在同一花期和不同花期条件下,其异交结实率均显著低于1356S和优IA,在最适温湿度条件下异交结实率较高,但其最适条件的范围较窄。
The experiment was conducted with Pei-ai 64S producing hybrid rice seeds. The seed-setting ratio of crossing is lower than 1356S and You IA during same and different flowering season. Its ratio could be higher in the most suitable temperature and moisture. But suitable limit is much narrow.
