摘要
0前言以三聚氰酸为原料开发的几个系列产品都有着重要的应用进景,从而引起人们对于三聚氰酸的合成和应用的关注。其合成可采用液相法或固熔态法,由于后一种方法有很多优点,故本文进行了较深入的探讨,并对其热稳定性等进行了测定和讨论。
Fused state urea at high temperature could condense to cyclicproduct, cyanuric acid. This kind of reaction included twe steps. In thefirst step, reaction temperature should be controlled at 240℃,and thenitrogen evolved should be calculated. In the second step,reactiontemperature was 330℃.The yield of cyanuric acid was 78%.By thedifferential thermal analysis cyanuric acid gave melt point 367.18℃,decomposition point 380℃.
