超敏C反应蛋白、血清载脂蛋白与冠心病的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察冠心病患者血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化及临床意义.方法 测定50例不同类型的冠心病患者的ApoB和hs-CRP水平,并且与42名健康者比较.结果 与健康对照组相比,冠心病组的血ApoB和hs-CRP水平明显增高(P<0.05).随着病变程度的加重,ApoB、hs-CRP水平明显升高,hs-CRP浓度与病变积分呈正相关(r=0.832),ApoB浓度与病变积分呈正相关(r=0.697) P<0.05).结论 ApoB和hs-CRP同冠心病关系密切,是冠心病的危险因素. Objective To study the changes and their clinical significance of serum ApoB and high sensitivity protein (hs-CRP) in patients with Coronary heart disease. Methods ApoB and hs-CRP in 50 patients with various CHD were measured and compared with those in 46 healthy controls. Results The levels of hs- CRP, ApoB were significantly higher in CHD group than those in healthy group(P〈0.05 ). As grade of lesion wors- en, the levels of hs-CRP, ApoB were significantly increasing. Hs-CRP (r=0.832) and ApoB (r=0.697) were positively correlative with coronary artery lesions(P〈0.05). Conclusion ApoB and hs-CRP associated with CHD. They are risk factors for CHD.
