成人心肌致密化不全二例临床分析

Two cases of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium in adults

摘要 心肌致密化不全（noncompaction of ventricular myocardium,NVM）为一种罕见的先天性心脏畸形,有家族发病倾向,临床极易误诊.近年来随着我国学者的重视,其报道逐渐增多.为提高对NVM的认识和诊治水平,现将我院2010年10～11月收治的2例NVM患者临床资料介绍如下.
