心肌致密化不全11例的临床与彩色多普勒超声心动图 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断心肌致密化不全的临床价值。方法心肌致密化不全11例,年龄11个月~75岁,用GEVIVID7,SEQUOIA256彩色超声仪,探头频率2.5~4.5MHz,分析其超声特点及临床表现。结果11例患者左心室不同程度扩大,心肌收缩功能减退,心尖部心肌由两层构成,外层致密心肌边薄,内层心肌呈小梁网状海绵样结构,有丰富的隐窝,海绵样心肌厚度与致密心肌厚度比值为2.5~5.4,彩色多普勒显示隐窝内低速血流与左心室腔相通。结论左心室心肌致密化不全有明显的超声特征,彩色多普勒超声心动图是惟一的诊断手段。 Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of left ventricular noncompaction(NVM) detected by color Doppler echocardiography.Methods Using GE vivid 7,Sequoia 256 color Doppler ultrasound with 2.5 to 4.5 MHz,11 patients aged from 11 months to 75 years old were examined and diagnosed.Results 11 patients were diagnosed as left ventricle cardiomyopathy with fatigue ventricularis made up of two layers of different structures.Out layer of normal dense myocardium became thinner while the inner layer of non-dense myocardium was made up of intricate and abundant muscle trabecula tissues and deep-set clearances at different sizes.The thickness ratio of non-dense layer to dense layer was 2.5 to 5.4.Color Doppler showed the communication between blood stream in ventricle and trabecula clearance.Conclusions NVM has ultrasonic visualization on the characteristics of impaired myocardial structure.Color Doppler echocardiography is the premier and effective method to diagnose NVM.
