摘要
目的探讨输液器的孔径对头孢类抗生素所致静脉炎和疼痛的影响。方法 200例患者随机分为4组,每组50例,均以40滴/min的滴速静脉输注头孢类抗生素,分别采用1.2μm、3μm、5μm、15μm孔径的精密输液器,观察4组输液滴速达标情况和输液时产生的疼痛和静脉炎的发生率。结果 4组不同孔径的精密输液器输液滴速均达标,采用3μm和1.2μm孔径的精密输液器输液时静脉炎和疼痛的发生率低于其他两组。结论采用3μm和1.2μm孔径的精密输液器可以减少头孢类抗生素所致静脉炎和疼痛的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of infusion apparatuses with different aperture on the incidence of phlebitis and pain in patients with cephalosporins treatment. Methods A total of 200 patients were randomly divided into four groups and each group comprised 50 patients. All the patients were infused cephalosporins and the drip rate was 40 drops/min. The infusion apparatuses used in the group A,B, C and D were 1.2μm,3μm,5 μm, 15μm aperture respectively. The drip rate and the incidence of phlebitis and pain during the infusing among the four groups were collected. Results All the groups reached the standard drip rate. The incidence of phlebitis and pain in the groups used the infusion apparatus with 3μm and 1.2 μm aperture were lower than the other two groups. Conclusion Using the precise infusion apparatuses with 3 μm and 1.2μm aperture can significantly reduce the incidence of phlebitis and pain during infusing cephalosporins.
