摘要
振荡器是DC/DC的重要部件,采用双比较器的是振荡器恒流充放电的张弛振荡器。该振荡器输出方波和锯齿波,由恒定电流源、电容、比较器、RS触发器等组成。为了提高比较器的速度,专门在电路中跨接了一个二极管连接的NMOS管。为了减少对基准电压电路的影响,专门设计了独特的基极电流补偿电路。
Oscillator is an important component of the DC/DC,the oscillator is relaxation oscillator of double comparator and constant current charging and discharging.The output is pulse and sawtooth wave,it is made up of constant current source,capacitance,comparator,RS flip-flops,etc.In order to improve the speed of the comparator,a diode connected NMOS in the circuit is added.In order to reduce the impact on the reference voltage circuit,a unique base current compensation circuit is designed.
