硅钨酸/硅胶催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮 被引量:4

Catalytic Synthesis of Cyclohexanone Ethylene Ketal with H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/Silica Gel Catalyst

摘要 采用浸渍法制备硅钨酸/硅胶催化剂。以环己酮和乙二醇为原料,合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮。考察了环己酮与乙二醇物质的量比、硅钨酸/硅胶催化剂用量、反应时间对收率的影响。结果表明,硅钨酸/硅胶催化剂是合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,确定了最佳合成条件:n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.36%,带水剂环己烷用量8 mL,反应时间45 min;在最佳条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达77.5%。 A new environmental friendly catalyst, H4SiW12O40/silica gel was prepared with the method of impregnation. Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized with cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol as the materials and with H4SiW12O40/SG as the catalyst. The effect of the ratio of n (cyclohexanone) :n (glycol), catalyst dosage and reaction time on the yield was investigated. The results have shown that silicotungstic acid/ silica gel is a good catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal. The optimum synthesis conditions were identified: n (cyclohexanone) :n (glycol) = 1:1.4; mass ratio of catalyst to total reactants: 1.36%, reaction time : 45 min, volume of water carrying agent cyclohexane : 8 mL. The yield of cyclohexanone ethyl- ene ketal can be as high as 77.5% at these conditions.
