摘要
产业集群的聚集是市场经济发展的必然产物,产业集群对地方经济发展有重要支撑作用。产业集群在其诞生、成长、成熟和衰退等发展阶段中,受到资源、产业链、创新动力、组织内封闭和地域空间等因素的约束,影响着产业集群的可持续发展。应针对产业集群发展阶段的不同特点,采取集约资源,推进集成创新,优化集群结构,拓展发展地域等手段突破产业集群发展的瓶颈,实现产业集群的可持续发展。
Industry Cluster（IC） is resulted in industrialization procession under marketing economy conditions and plays an important role in regional economy,which also experiences the phase of birth, development,mature and withers.The sustainable development borderline of IC is limited by resource,industry chain,innovative motivation,organization structure,and geographic space. According to the different features of development stages of IC,integrating resources,promoting integrity innovation,optimizing structure and expending terrain etc.are needed to break through the bottlenecks of development and make sustainable development of IC.
