摘要
根据复杂性理论和小微企业的现实情况,在国内科技型小微企业研究综述的基础上,对科技型小微企业组织环境复杂性特征、科技型小微企业组织结构复杂性特征、科技型小微企业组织形态复杂性特征、科技型小微企业组织管理方式复杂性特征、科技型小微企业组织战略复杂性特征进行了探索和分析。
According to the principles of complexity science theory and the reality of technology-based small micro enterpri- ses, the articles made a wide research on the small-micro enterprise organization complexity at home, and focus on the characteristics of technological small-micro enterprise environment complexity, the complexity of technology-based small- micro enterprise organization structure characteristics, the complexity characteristics of technology-based small-micro en- terprise organization form. Also, the complexity of technology-based small-micro enterprise organization management mode characteristics, small-micro enterprises exploration and the characteristics of the complexity of the organization＇s strategy are studied.
