摘要
讨论了Zr-Ce复合助剂对耐硫变换催化剂活性和活性稳定性的影响,结果表明,载体结构稳定性对催化剂活性稳定性有明显影响;加入Zr-Ce助剂后,可以改善催化剂的活性稳定性,并提高其活性。介绍了QDB-04耐硫变换催化剂在几种不同典型煤气化生产化工产品流程中的工业应用情况。
The impact of the Zr-Ce promoter on the activity and stability of the sulfur-tolerant shift conversion eatalyst was studied, and the result showed that the stability of the carrier structure had remarkable impact on the stability of the catalyst activity. The addition of the Zr-Ce promoter could improve the stability of the catalyst activity and could increase the activity of the catalyst, industrial application of the QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift conversion catalyst in some typical processes was introduced.
