摘要
文章简述了压缩式压电加速度传感器的结构原理和灵敏度的幅度值线性度问题。分析了该加速度传感器正反向灵敏度差异和饱和现象的原因 ,以便在生产。
The construction of compression piezoelectrical sensors and amplitude value linearity of axial sensitivity are described. The difference between positive direction and negative direction,and the reason of saturation phenomenon are analyzed so as to be noticed in producing,checking and using.
