摘要
目的建立豨莶风湿片中粉防己碱及防己诺林碱的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(70:30:0.01),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果粉防己碱及防己诺林碱的进样量分别在0.344μg^1.72μg(r=0.999 9)、0.153μg^0.765μg(r=0.999 9)范围内呈良好线性关系;二者的平均加样回收率分别为99.20%、99.26%。结论本方法简便可行,结果可靠,可用于豨莶风湿片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tetrandrine and fangchinoline in Xixianfengshi tablets.Methods The method was performed on C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column with acetonitrile-water-triethylamin（70 ： 30 ： 0.1） as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the wavelength was 280 nm.Results The linear ranges of tetrandrine and fangchinoline were 0.344 μg^1.72 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.153 μg^0.765 μg（r=0.999 9）,respectively.The average recovery were 99.20% and 99.26%,respectively,Conclusion This method is proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Xixianfengshi tablets.
