摘要
非理性因素是构成非理性管理模式的核心,是在后现代管理思想中受到继承和发扬的元素。情感(E)、意志(W)、直觉(I)、想像(I)四方面体现于后现代管理思潮及管理模式中,对非理性因素在企业管理中对企业管理理论的发展和管理活动的实施都起到积极的推动和指导作用。
Irrational factors are the core of the irrational management mode, and it is also a factor that is devel-oped by post-modern management. Under the background of post-modem society and economy, a further research on irrational factors can improve the development of management theory and direct the management practices effectively. This paper deals with the development and changes of post-modern management and management mode.Then, it analyzes the importance of irrational factors through four aspects : emotion, will, intuition and imagine.
