摘要
在旋转填充床中采用液液相法合成了平均粒径为(30~40)nm、粒度分布窄的碳酸锶纳米粉体。探讨了转速及干燥过程对颗粒平均粒径、无因次方差的影响,并对颗粒进行了TEM、XRD表征。该法过程简单,生产率高,易于工业化。
Nanometer particle of strontium carbonate of average size from 30nm to 40nm and of very narrow size distribution were synthesized by mixing solutions in rotating packed bed.The influence of the rotating speed and torrefaction on the particles size and dimensionless variance were experimentally investigated.The particles were characterized by TEM,XRD techniques.The process,which has a high productivity,was very simple and easy to industrialize.
