摘要
目的:优选苏黄止咳颗粒的最佳制剂成型工艺。方法:考察不同配比的可溶性淀粉和糊精分别制粒后对颗粒剂的成型性、溶化性和引湿性的影响,优化苏黄止咳颗粒最佳辅料与配比;考察润湿剂用量,优化润湿剂配比。结果:苏黄止咳颗粒最佳制剂成型干膏:糊精:可溶性淀粉为3:2:5,用70%乙醇制粒,乙醇用量为12ml。结论:优选出的制剂成型工艺科学合理,所制的颗粒质量较好,成型率较高。
Aim To ascertain the best formulation process of SuHuangZhiKe granules. Method Probe effects of different matched proportion of soluble starch and dextrin on granular formulation＇ s mouldability, dissolvablity and the absorption of moisture after pelletizing, optimize out of the best auxiliary material and matching of Suhuangzhike granule. Measure the dosage of wetting agent and optimize the matching proportion of it. Re- sult the optimum preparation is made of dry paste, dextrin and soluble starch and the optimum proportion of them is 3 ： 2：5, the dosage of alcohol is 12ml using percent 70 alcohol for pelletizing. Conclusion the forming process optimized is scientific and reasonable, the quality of granule is better, and the rate of forming is high.
