黄酮类化合物酶促衍生化的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 黄酮类化合物具有多种生理活性,但大部分天然黄酮脂溶性或水溶性较差,存在口服生物利用度低等缺点,通过衍生化方法可改善黄酮类物质的溶解性.酶的高效性和选择性为其改性研究提供了帮助,综述了黄酮类化合物的酶促衍生化研究的新进展. Flavonoids have a variety of physiological activities, but the majority of natural flavonoids have poor lipid solubility or water solubility and low oral bioavailability. The derivatization method can improve the solubility of flavonoids, and enzymes with high efficiency and selectivity are good to the modification of flavonoids. The paper summarized the progress of enzymatic derivatization of flavonoids.
