摘要
目的观察益气宁神滴丸的镇静催眠作用。方法取昆明种小鼠连续灌胃5d后,测定益气宁神滴丸对正常小鼠和咖啡因兴奋小鼠的自主活动情况,对戊巴比妥钠诱导的正常小鼠和咖啡因兴奋小鼠的入睡潜伏期以及持续睡眠时间的影响。结果益气宁神滴丸0.45g/kg能明显减少正常小鼠和咖啡因兴奋小鼠的自主活动,明显缩短戊巴比妥钠诱导的正常小鼠和咖啡因兴奋小鼠的入睡潜伏期,明显延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的正常小鼠和咖啡因兴奋小鼠的持续睡眠时间。结论益气宁神滴丸具有明显的镇静催眠等中枢抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the Yiqiningshen dripping pills on sedation and hypnosis in mice.Methods Kunming mice were selected to receive garvage of the dripping pills for 5 consecutive days.Thereafter,the effects of Yiqiningshen dripping pills on the autonomic activities were determined,as well as the sleeping latent phase and the consecutive sleeping time,in normal mice and caffeine-excited mice with pentobarbital induction.Results 0.45 g/kg Yiqiningshen dripping pills could significantly reduce the autonomic activities in normal mice and caffeine-excited mice.In addition,it could shorten the sleeping latent phase and prolong the consecutive sleeping time in both groups of mice.Conclusion Yiqiningshen dripping pills may exert obvious central inhibitory effects,such as sedation and hypnosis.
